Job summary

A leading grocery operations provider in Saudi Arabia seeks an Operations Lead to manage daily UTR operations at large or small sites. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in customer-facing environments, warehousing, or logistics. Responsibilities include driving team performance, implementing training plans, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and be resourceful problem solvers. Knowledge of Lean and SQL is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
• 1-3 years of experience in managing a process and people as a lead.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end UTR operations for large or small sites.
• Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining operational targets.
• Drive performance management of your team members.
• Prepare and implement training and development plans for the pickers.
