Office Assistant - Medina, Saudi Arabia (Indian Nationals Preferred)

As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our office in Medina, Saudi Arabia. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative and clerical support to the office staff and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This position is suitable for Indian nationals who are looking for part-time employment without accommodation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Requirements

Working Hours
