Office Assistant (Indian Female Candidates Only)

We are in need of an organized and efficient Office Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be an Indian female with excellent English communication skills, as the role requires frequent communication with English-speaking clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing paperwork.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for team members.
  • Assist with managing office budgets and expenses.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Help coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
  • Keep track of deadlines and assist with meeting them.

Requirements

Salary

Working Hours

This is a full-time job with working hours from Sunday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm. Flexibility may be required for occasional overtime or weekend work.

Location

This position is based in Jeddah. Preference will be given to Indian female candidates residing in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
