Job summary

Oracle in Saudi Arabia seeks a results-driven Technology Sales Executive to accelerate adoption of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Database Platform across the commercial market. You will lead strategic territory plans, manage key accounts, engage CIOs and senior leaders, and drive revenue growth through value-based selling.

Ideal candidates have a track record of closing complex enterprise deals, expertise in cloud and database technologies, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience in cloud infrastructure, databases or related software.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, database technologies, multicloud architectures and enterprise IT environments.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing strategic accounts and closing complex enterprise deals.
• Strong executive engagement, consultative selling, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience developing account plans, managing sales pipelines and navigating competitive sales cycles.
• Familiarity with the Saudi enterprise technology market and its key industries.
• Strong English communication; Arabic is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Territory & account management: develop territory plans, identify whitespace opportunities, drive new customer acquisition and existing account expansion.
• Integrated technology selling: position OCI, DBP, Exadata, multicloud, AI, and modernization solutions to address business challenges.
• Executive engagement: build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and senior leaders, translating tech into business outcomes.
• Pipeline & revenue growth: own sales targets, generate qualified pipeline, drive opportunities, and deliver bookings and cloud consumption growth.
• Value-based selling: develop ROI and TCO advantages, lead complex enterprise sales cycles from qualification to closure.
• Cross-functional collaboration: partner with solution engineers, cloud architects, consulting teams, customer success, and ecosystem partners to deliver integrated solutions.
• Sales excellence: maintain accurate forecasts, disciplined opportunity management, and manage deal risks and stakeholder alignment.
