The Lead is accountable for department performance, client satisfaction during onboarding, and meeting growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the business development strategy for the department to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Drive outreach efforts to secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize high-potential leads across target sectors.
  • Build and scale the department by supporting growth initiatives and participating in hiring when needed.
  • Manage and mentor team members within the department (e.g., Sales Associate, Coordinator), as required.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, delivery, and account/project management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term retention.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the agency’s service offerings and craft tailored sales pitches to meet client needs.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and sales pipeline updates to leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
