Overview

NGO Sales Supervisor is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare NGOs and other key stakeholders. The core objective is to achieve sales targets while upholding the NGO's mission and ethical standards, ensuring that all activities contribute to improving healthcare outcomes and fulfilling the organization's social responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Business Growth & Strategy : Develop and implement NGO development strategies aligned with NBCC’s vision and BD plans. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities in healthcare services in NGO. Lead initiatives to expand corporations with all NGO and social responsibilities organizations. Communicate with NGOs to update them with new services (e.g., Radiotherapy, home care, Day procedure, Nuclear Medicine). Analyze internal resources and capabilities to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Partnerships & Networking : Build and maintain strong relationships with NGO and community organizations. Identify and negotiate strategic partners, joint ventures, or collaborations with healthcare providers and community organizations. Develop outreach programs targeting corporations, schools, and community groups to promote health services. Negotiate and develop strategic agreements and contracts to drive collaborative ventures. Represent the medical center at industry events, professional associations, and networking functions. Act as the primary liaison between the medical center and external NGO partners to ensure smooth collaboration. Serve as a dedicated account manager, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Track and report on client satisfaction and retention rates to senior management.
  • Sales management : Lead the development of effective sales strategies and match the annual target. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential partners and client groups. Provide detailed financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports for higher managers on the progress of all NGO activities. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient satisfaction, and partnership ROI. Provide detailed analysis of sales data and market trends to inform future strategies. Document all client and partner interactions in a CRM system for accurate record-keeping.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with the medical team to understand clinical capabilities and service offerings. Coordinate with the administrative and operational teams to ensure seamless implementation of new programs. Collaborate with the marketing department to create a cohesive brand message and promotional materials. Act as a bridge between external partners and internal departments to ensure alignment and efficiency. Patient Admission and Discharge Protocol: Develop a standardized protocol for admitting and discharging NGO patients. This includes having a checklist for necessary paperwork, approvals, and a clear understanding of the NGO's financial sponsorship limits. Create a system to track each NGO patient\'s journey from admission to discharge, monitoring medical progress, treatment schedules, social and financial status study, and resource utilization to ensure alignment with the NGO\'s funding.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA is preferable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, NGO or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
