Key duties include setting sales targets, managing and coaching a national sales team, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and ensuring consistent sales performance across all regions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement national sales strategies, set sales targets, and create plans to achieve them.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a national sales team, including regional managers, to meet and exceed business goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer demand to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Track sales performance, set key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to executive management.
  • Work with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with new product launches and promotional activities.
Qualification:
  • 12+ years of sales experience, with a significant portion in a senior leadership role, and proven experience in the plastics industry / FMCG Retail / Manufacturing
  • A Bachelor's degree is often required, with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
