Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as National Sales Manager at COLORS Co. in Jeddah.

The National Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the company’s sales operations nationwide. This includes developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading and managing a nationwide sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in alignment with the company’s overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed company goals.
  • Oversee and lead a nationwide sales team to achieve targets and ensure high performance.
  • Set sales targets and create detailed plans including target groups and marketing tactics.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure goals are met.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with major clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts to guide strategic planning.
  • Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs to enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to ensure brand consistency and stay updated on new product launches.
  • Review and monitor sales reports to ensure data accuracy and support informed decision-making.
  • Train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and achieve optimal performance.
Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience
  • Understanding of various sales strategies, tactics, and methodologies to drive sales growth and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and techniques to manage and maintain long‑term client relationships.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field; an MBA is often preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably with a proven track record in managing nationwide sales teams and achieving targets.
