Checking vehicle cleanliness and monitoring their health and technical readiness.

Ensuring drivers adhere to safety and quality procedures.

Vehicle Tracking and Reporting

Using GPS systems to track fleet movements.

Documenting transportation movements and daily and weekly reports.

Monitoring fuel consumption and trip efficiency.

Coordination with Other Departments

Cooperating with Sales, Warehouses, and Quality to confirm orders and transportation plans.

Interacting with suppliers regarding incoming shipments.

Maintenance and Technical Follow-up

Following up on periodic vehicle maintenance.
