Position Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced MOH-approved male Nurse to provide comprehensive medical and first-aid services at our large-scale Yanbu 700MW Wind Power Plant construction site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the site clinic, responding to medical emergencies, and ensuring the overall health and safety of all site personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Emergency Response: Provide immediate and effective first aid and emergency care for all injuries, illnesses, and accidents occurring on site, stabilizing patients before transport if necessary.
• Medical Care: Manage and operate the site clinic, providing basic medical consultation, treatment for minor ailments, and dispensing over-the-counter and prescribed medications under the direction of a supervising physician (if applicable).
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, confidential, and comprehensive medical records, logs of treatments, incident reports, and inventory of medical supplies.
• Health Surveillance: Conduct routine health checks and screenings as required, and participate in health and hygiene inspections of the campsite and work areas.
• Safety Collaboration: Work closely with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team to conduct safety inductions, identify potential health hazards, and implement proactive preventative health measures.
• Training: Conduct basic first aid and emergency training for site personnel as part of the overall safety program.

✅ Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution(MOH Approved).
• License: Valid and current professional nursing license/registration.
• Experience: A minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience as a practicing nurse, with significant experience in emergency medicine, industrial, or occupational health settings preferred.
• First Aid/Emergencies: Proven expertise and practical experience in advanced first aid, trauma care, and managing medical emergencies.
• Language: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is a distinct advantage.
