A Mobile Banker's role involves providing banking services outside of traditional branches, often directly to customers at their locations. They are responsible for deposit mobilization, customer relationship management, and promoting the institution's products and services Key Responsibilities

  • Deposit Mobilization : Actively seeking out and collecting deposits from customers, including loan repayments.
  • Account Management : Opening new accounts, managing existing customer accounts, and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and addressing their financial needs.
  • Product Promotion : Marketing and selling the bank's products and services to meet customer needs, such as loans, savings accounts, and other financial products.
  • Sales Targets : Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the institution.
  • Reporting : Maintaining accurate records of transactions and reporting any issues or developments to their supervisor.
  • Compliance : Adhering to all relevant banking regulations and security protocols.
