Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
  • The primary responsibility of the Merchandiser will be to manage the products in our store. This includes selecting new products to stock in the store, working with manufacturers or suppliers to replenish the current stock, and stocking shelves in an orderly and visually appealing manner.
  • The Merchandiser must update inventory records and track products throughout the supply chain process so that stock is always available when customers need it.
  • They must provide excellent customer service by helping customers find what they need and answering their questions about products or services.
Qualifications
  • The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in retail operations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Understanding of inventory systems and ability to use software related to managing stock levels and tracking orders.
