Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a MEP Supervisor, located in Abha. The MEP Supervisor will oversee and manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on construction and renovation sites. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, supervising installations and maintenance tasks, and ensuring all systems comply with safety and quality standards. The role will also involve close collaboration with project teams to plan and execute facility management and maintenance operations efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Site Supervision and conducting Site Inspections
• Knowledge and experience in Facility Management (FM), including best practices for efficient site operations
• Hands‑on expertise in Plumbing and Building Maintenance
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Familiarity with safety standards and compliance regulations in construction and maintenance
• Bachelor's degree or relevant technical qualifications in MEP, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is preferred
• Experience in the construction industry, particularly in the residential and commercial sectors, is an advantage
