Strong leadership and communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential. This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• At least 8–10 years of experience as a legal professional.
• Experience in MENAT region legal systems.
• In-house counsel experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to senior management.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Support local business teams with legal issues.
• Act as Local Compliance officer for MENAT region.
