Job summary

A reputable engineering firm in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Mechanical Technical Engineer specializing in MEP contracting. The role requires at least 10 years of mechanical engineering experience, with strong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. The successful candidate will lead the review and approval of mechanical submittals and provide technical support during construction phases. Competitive salary and 6 working days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review and approval of mechanical material submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and contract requirements
• Perform and validate ESP calculations, pump head calculations, and hydraulic analyses for mechanical systems
• Review mechanical shop drawings, coordination drawings, and BIM outputs for accuracy, constructability, and coordination with other disciplines
• Provide technical support to project and site teams during construction, installation, testing, and commissioning phases
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and design discrepancies
• Ensure mechanical works comply with MEP standards, project timelines, and quality requirements
