Metso Saudi Arabia is looking for a mechanical maintenance manager to oversee the maintenance of equipment in a complete gold processing plant, from ROM crushing and screening to grinding and classification, gravity concentration, flotation, POX autoclaves, acidulation and neutralization, CIL, carbon acid wash and regeneration, elution, electrowinning, and final smelting. The site is in a remote area; accommodation is provided at a camp close to site with an attractive roster. The job posting end date is 10/13/2025.

Purpose of the job is to build a foundation for mechanical maintenance at the site, lead mechanical maintenance operations, and act as the key technical contact toward the customer. The site is greenfield and needs guidance to achieve safe and smooth operation. Responsibilities include training and coaching the team, developing maintenance processes, and driving development and creation of plant maintenance structures as a senior member.
