Mechanical Engineer – Jeddah (Saudi Only)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily maintenance operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, and safety/fire protection systems.
  • Plan, assign, and prioritize maintenance tasks based on risk level, urgency, and area sensitivity.
  • Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance schedules using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Monitor, track, and close maintenance work orders and tickets in Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a timely manner.
  • Prepare technical reports for major breakdowns, system failures, and critical maintenance issues.
  • Generate weekly reports covering all preventive and corrective maintenance activities performed by the team.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly reports summarizing maintenance activities, materials consumption, and purchase requests.
  • Create and follow up on purchase requisitions required for corrective maintenance works.
  • Manage and monitor purchase requests for consumable materials to ensure continuous availability and prevent shortages.
  • Coordinate and follow up with external service providers on maintenance contracts, ensuring receipt of monthly technical reports.
  • Communicate and resolve maintenance contract issues, including delays in scheduled works and technical concerns.
  • Prepare annual spare parts budgets based on expected requirements and historical consumption data.
  • Conduct studies for renovation projects and coordinate with relevant departments to define project scope.
  • Develop annual renovation project plans, including estimated budget and timeline.
  • Coordinate cross‑departmental maintenance and renovation activities to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5 years of practical experience in the field of mechanical engineering, maintenance, facilities and projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

High level of accuracy, organization, and time management.
