As we expand, we are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to help drive our brand awareness, lead generation, and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Branding

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Atheer’s wireless solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine brand messaging and positioning in the telecom industry.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Create compelling marketing collateral , including brochures, presentations, and case studies.

Content & Digital Marketing

• Manage website content, SEO strategies, and social media presence.
• Write engaging blogs, whitepapers, and product announcements.
• Develop email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Lead Generation & Events

• Plan and coordinate industry events, trade shows, and webinars to showcase Atheer’s technology.
• Work with sales teams to create lead generation strategies and marketing funnels.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the telecom or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and lead generation.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
