The Marketing & PR Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing and public relations activities to enhance brand visibility and support business growth. The role focuses on promoting the company’s events services, managing communication campaigns, increasing audience engagement, and building strong media and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns for events and services.
  • Manage social media platforms (content creation, posting, analytics).
  • Coordinate digital marketing activities including email marketing, SEO / SEM, and paid advertising.
  • Create marketing content such as posts, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Assist in developing marketing budgets and timelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Public Relations
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and event announcements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Manage the company’s public image and ensure brand consistency across all communications.
  • Support event-related PR activities such as press conferences, interviews, and media coverage.
  • Monitor media presence and prepare PR reports.
Event Support
  • Coordinate communication and promotional activities for events.
  • Support onsite marketing, photography coordination, social media coverage, and branding execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, design) to ensure cohesive message delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications—preferably in events services, media, entertainment, or hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Proficiency in design and content tools (Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work under deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and brand awareness.
