Role Purpose

The Marketing Operations & Budgeting Officer ensures that our marketing is actually happening. It’s where marcoms operations run effectively, efficiently, and in time. The role involves monitoring the budget, supporting campaign performance tracking, and ROI measurement, maintaining the right spending; building the right business vendors and managing vendor coordination, managing events and ground activations.

Key Responsibilities
Budgeting & Financials
  • Monitor marketing budgets across initiatives.
  • Track spending across campaigns, events, vendors, and events.
  • Prepare cost reports, billing, payments, through spending dashboards.
  • Ensure alignment with marcoms and finance.
Vendor & Partner Management
  • Manage relations with marketing vendors, agencies, production partners, and media suppliers.
  • Evaluate proposals, cost, and deliverables.
  • Support contract & invoicing coordination with Finance.
Activations & Ground Activities
  • Manage and execute all ground activations.
  • Prepare annual schedule of all relevant activities, forums, conferences, & exhibitions taking place.
  • Manage bookings, fabrications, productions, and people to run events and activations.
  • Manage sponsorships and collaborations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-3 years experience in marketing operations, budgeting, and events.
  • Good in MS office, reportting, and dashboards.
  • Marketing operations & governance mindset.
  • Strong analytical, financial planning & reporting capability.
  • Vendor & procurement coordination.
