Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our services, strengthen our brand presence, and drive lead generation and client engagement across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and target audience.
  • Plan and manage digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing) to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Oversee content creation including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Manage the company’s online presence including website, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Organize and promote webinars, events, and speaking opportunities for subject matter experts.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
  • Work closely with external agencies, designers, and vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a professional services or consultancy environment.
