Job summary

A leading Medical Device company is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator for a 1-year contract in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing event logistics and marketing campaigns, and requires a degree in Marketing or Events Management with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Healthcare sector. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and Arabic, and only Saudi Nationals may apply due to Saudization requirements. A salary of up to SAR 11,000 per month is offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in event management preferably within the Medical Devices/Healthcare industry.
• Proven track record in managing regional projects.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines and course schedules.
• Oversee transportation, setup and supplies of clinical materials and equipment.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Oversee participant registration, manage on-site operations and serve as the main point of contact during events.
• Collaborate with internal teams, trainers, partners, and local representatives.

This is a 1-year contract position.

• Oversee participant registration, manage on-site operations and serve as the main point of contact during events across the region.
• Collaborate with internal teams, trainers, partners, and local representatives to ensure alignment on content and delivery.
• Provide regular project updates and post-event evaluations.
• Salary up to SAR 11,000 per month.
