Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic, creative, and execution‑focused Marketing Director to lead marketing across our multi‑brand portfolio. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of brand strategy, campaigns, content, and performance. You will work closely with founders, operations, and creative teams to build strong brand culture, drive growth, and elevate IPSUMA’s brands to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead market planning and overall marketing strategy across all IPSUMA brands
  • Build and strengthen brand positioning, tone of voice, and storytelling
  • Establish a strong marketing culture and mentor internal teams
  • Act as the main marketing partner to leadership and cross‑functional teams
Campaigns & Growth
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns
  • Drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and sales performance
  • Lead product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations
  • Align marketing initiatives with business and growth objectives
Content & Creative Direction
  • Oversee all content creation including social media, photography, video, and campaign assets
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints
  • Manage creatives, agencies, freelancers, and production partners
Performance & Analytics
  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and performance tracking
  • Analyze market trends, campaign data, and customer insights
  • Continuously optimize marketing performance and ROI
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
  • Proven experience in market planning and marketing management
  • Strong proficiency in market research, consumer insights, and trend analysis
  • Demonstrated success in marketing and sales alignment, driving campaign performance and customer engagement
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage
  • Experience managing multiple brands or concepts is a plus
Education
