Payment & Administrative Coordination
- Initiate and manage Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) for all marketing-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records of budgets, invoices, and payment statuses.
Marketing Plan
- Assist in building a marketing plan and budget based on the customer trends and company objectives
- Help preparing a detailed implementation plan and expected achievements for every marketing initiatives
Marketing Calendar & Project Management
- Own and maintain the centralized marketing calendar across offline, digital, and PR campaigns
- Track campaign timelines, launch dates, and project milestones across all marketing functions.
- Schedule and document internal meetings, approvals, and deadlines.
Team Coordination & Reporting
- Act as the liaison between marketing team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Compile campaign briefs and consolidate feedback across stakeholders
- Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up action items for team meetings.
Requirements
- Saudi National
- Diploma or Higher in marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
- 1-3 Years of experience in administrative positions
