Overview
Hire Resolve is assisting manufacturing and supply chain organisations in hiring experienced Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professionals to join their Saudi Arabia–based operations. These roles are designed for mid‑to‑senior‑level professionals with a strong background across manufacturing, production, supply chain, operations, engineering, logistics, or quality functions, and offer a clear pathway toward senior leadership roles. Successful candidates will play a key role in optimising production and supply chain processes, improving operational efficiency, ensuring quality and health and safety compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across end‑to‑end operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and supporting manufacturing, production, and supply chain operations
- Managing production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and materials flow
- Optimising workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, cost control, and service levels
- Collaborating cross‑functionally with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams
- Implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with Saudi labour law, local HSE requirements, and ISO quality standards
- Monitoring KPIs related to production output, inventory accuracy, on‑time delivery, quality, and cost performance
- Supporting supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigation
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting supervisors, planners, engineers, and operations teams
- Identifying operational risks and implementing corrective and preventative actions
- Contributing to strategic planning, capacity planning, and long‑term operational improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
- 5–10+ years of experience within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or industrial operations
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Manufacturing or Production Management, Supply Chain Management or Planning, Procurement or Strategic Sourcing, Logistics, Warehousing, or Distribution, Operations Manufacturing, Industrial, or Process Engineering, Quality Engineering or Quality Management
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies
- Experience using ERP, MRP, WMS, or MES systems
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multinational environments
- Experience supporting localisation initiatives (e.g., Saudisation) is advantageous
- Professional proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are beneficial
