Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing company.
• Proven experience leading an HR team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR team for the Dammam branch.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
• Manage GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, WPS, and other government portal processes.
• Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
