About the Client: Our client, a leading financial institution in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Manager - Special Assets Management to join their Wholesale Banking team. The role focuses on managing non-performing loans and implementing strategies to maximize recoveries while mitigating credit risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor high-risk wholesale banking loans, implementing strategies to minimize losses and maximize recovery.
  • Develop and execute restructuring solutions in collaboration with clients, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations and reports to credit and management committees, supporting decision-making on impaired portfolios.
  • Lead the recovery of distressed assets, including negotiating settlements and coordinating remedial actions.
  • Support and guide the FRR team, ensuring consistent application of recovery strategies and best practices.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking, including financial restructuring, remedial management, or corporate NPL recovery.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in cash flow analysis, debt restructuring, and portfolio recovery strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to guide teams and drive results in a high-pressure environment.
