The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Lead and manage the sales team. develop and implement sales strategies, set, and achieve sales targets, and foster relationships with customers and partners within the electrical products sector. driving revenue growth, optimizing the product portfolio, and ensuring the team's success in meeting or exceeding sales objectives. Participate in market analysis, product development, and ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and industry trends.

Key Accountability Areas

Inquiry and Tender Management:

  • Manage and monitor all incoming inquiries and tenders effectively, providing prompt and high-quality responses to customers.
  • Documentation and Submittal Preparation
  • Prepare and deliver all required supportive documents, samples, and submittals to maximize the organization's success in securing opportunities.

Material Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the department's coordinator and demand planning team to prepare required materials.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers and address any related issues promptly.

Competitor Monitoring:

  • Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities and market strategies.
  • Report findings and recommendations to sales management for strategic adjustments.

Technical Support and Market Presence:

  • Organize technical meetings and seminars to showcase the organization’s offerings and provide technical support to customers.
  • Collaborate with relevant parties to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation in the market.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Prepare and deliver timely and effective reports to management, summarizing progress, challenges, and actionable insights.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain professional relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any concerns effectively.

Project Monitoring:

  • Identify and track all relevant projects, conducting regular follow-ups to maximize realization and alignment with business goals.

Customer Satisfaction and Payment Collection:

  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and ensure high rates of satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Follow up on payments to ensure timely collection and avoid overdue balances.

Data Management and Forecasting:

  • Update and maintain an accurate database of all projects, ensuring data consistency and accessibility.
  • Provide precise forecasts to avoid stock-related financial costs due to misestimations.
Role Accountability
  • Ability to recruit, recognize and cultivate high performers and expose them in order to create a robust second line of management.
  • Ability to recognize low performers and guide them to improve or release them.
  • Ability to treat subordinates equally without any discrimination.
  • Assessment criteria of subordinates is performance that leads to planned results.
  • Ensure availability of delegation of authority matrix to have sufficient delegations as per company policy.

  • Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.
  • Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deployment.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
  • Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
