Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited college.
• Ten years in hospital pharmacy with four years in leadership for Bachelor's holders.
• Eight years in hospital pharmacy with two years in leadership for Master's/PharmD holders.
• Six years in hospital pharmacy and two years in leadership for North American Pharm.D. holders.

• Utilize performance improvement program and JCIA standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree in Pharmacy, or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (non-North American approved program) from an accredited college of Pharmacy, or
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) Degree from a North American accredited program.
• Holders of Bachelor's degree : Ten (10) years of experience in hospital pharmacy / relevant retail experience with at least four (4) years in a leadershiprole / position, or
• Holders of Master's degree / PharmD (non-North American approved program) : Eight (8) years of experience in hospital pharmacy / relevant retail experience with at least two (2) years in a leadershiprole / position, or
• Holders of North American accredited Pharm.D. program / (non-North American accredited Pharm.D. with completion of a residency program) / Master's degree : Six (6) years of experience in hospital pharmacy / relevant retail experience with at least two (2) years in a leadership role / position.
