Summary: Seasoned project manager in the industrial facilities domain, adept at overseeing large scale plant upgrades, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining uninterrupted operations across multiple sites. I drive stakeholder alignment, optimize procurement and logistics, and enforce rigorous safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle. You will manage contractor performance, develop schedules, monitor budgets, and report progress to leadership to achieve timely and safe delivery.

Summary: Facility Manager (Operations & Maintenance) oversees multi-site O&M for major Saudi projects, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective operation of buildings and infrastructure. You will lead technical systems, vendors, and service teams across residential developments, hotels, airports, malls, and campuses. This role focuses on delivering reliable facilities services while maintaining compliance and optimal lifecycle costs.
