Summary: Lead the creation of technical proposals, method statements, construction methodologies, and execution plans for EPC and large construction projects, ensuring technical accuracy, safety alignment, and client satisfaction. Manage end-to-end proposal development, including technical write-ups, compliance matrices, and client submissions, while coordinating with estimators, planning engineers, QA/QC, HSE, and engineering teams. This role drives winning outcomes by aligning technical scope with commercial requirements, reviewing cost assumptions, and ensuring all bid documents meet contract and tender obligations.
