Job description
Job Requirements:
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a small to medium team of immigration professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance
  • Serve as the in‑house expert on Middle East immigration laws, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure all immigration strategies and activities are tailored to the specific legal, cultural, and operational nuances of the region
  • Ensure full compliance with immigration laws and government regulations across Middle Eastern countries
  • Proactively monitor regulatory changes, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain business continuity and legal integrity
  • Develop and implement strategic immigration policies and processes for the Middle East region
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, government regulations, mobility standards, and internal policies
  • Partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and business leaders to support workforce planning and employee mobility
  • Evaluate and streamline immigration processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce processing time, and improve employee experience
  • Track immigration metrics, generate regular reports, and provide insights to leadership
  • Proactively monitor immigration trends, risks, and regulatory changes, advising leadership accordingly
  • Proven experience in leading organizational readiness for regulatory changes or immigration reforms in Middle East
  • Provide guidance, resources, and training to business stakeholders on evolving immigration practices and requirements
  • Demonstrated people leadership and management skills
  • Strong business acumen with ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑stakes and change‑driven environment
  • Knowledgeable of industry best practices and know how to leverage these to achieve world‑class results
  • Highly organized and able to effectively and efficiently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field required. Master's degree or law degree (LLB/JD), or equivalent, preferred.
  • 5+ years professional experience in a Global Mobility, Global Immigration, or HR role in a high‑volume corporate immigration environment
  • Proven experience in immigration or global mobility management in the Middle East
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent understanding of regional immigration laws and procedures
  • Ability to think strategically and execute operationally
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in related field or law degree (LLB/JD)
