Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance required with a High School diploma.
  • At least 10 years with a diploma in Oil & Gas maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Execute all maintenance jobs related to mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation.
  • Regularly report maintenance execution in the CMMS system.
  • Provide support to the planning and scheduling supervisor.
  • Carry out bad actor analysis.
  • Prepare and discuss weekly maintenance reports in meetings.
  • Coordinate job-specific training for personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety requirements during job execution.

Job description

Title: Maintenance Mechanic, General Foreman Area Maintenance Foreman

KBR is looking for a Foreman to guarantee that daily maintenance activities (corrective, preventive, and predictive for mechanical, I/E, and rotating equipment) of the Petrochemical plant are carried out, in compliance with safety, environment, and quality rules to assure sector availability, reliability, and operation continuity.

Responsibilities:
  • Execution of all maintenance jobs related to mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation of the Petrochemical plant in accordance with Company standards.
  • Regular reporting in the CMMS system regarding maintenance execution at the Plant.
  • Provide required support to the planning and scheduling supervisor.
  • Support the company reliability department for bad actor analysis.
  • Prepare a weekly report and discuss it in the Maintenance meeting.
  • Review and enhance knowledge of personnel by job-specific training by coordinating with the Head of HR.
  • Stick and conform to follow up on all safety requirements at the job execution phase.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Bachelor Degree.
  • Good knowledge of the equipment of the refining, team, Piloting of maintenance contracts, good knowledge of safety rules.
  • Well-organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
  • Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
  • Strategic thinking, open to new ideas.
  • An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment.
