Job Role

Managing the maintenance activities of industrial equipment, including preventive and corrective programs, ensuring high equipment availability and operational efficiency.

Work Location

Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Key Accountabilities
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot failures.
  • Manage and supervise maintenance technicians.
  • Analyze equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure timely availability of spare parts and maintenance tools.
  • Develop and update maintenance SOPs and checklists.
  • Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and equipment history.
  • Enforce safety compliance and support asset reliability programs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in the maintenance of industrial equipment.
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is preferred.
  • Preferred experience in shutdowns and turnaround projects or similar industrial operations.
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis and equipment reliability practices.
  • Strong diagnostic and technical reporting skills.
