Job description

To complement our team in the Saudi Arabia, we are looking for an Arabic-speaking Luxury Travel Consultant in the area of Luxury Lifestyle Management.

Overview of responsibilities

• Advise our premium customers on the phone and by email in Arabic and English.
• Process customer requests from the preparation of the offer to the billing of individual trips as well as in the areas of restaurant / club reservations, gift organization, tickets (sports, culture), spa / fitness, yacht, flowers, transport, sightseeing etc.
• Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and destination agencies.
• Prepare tailor‑made offers and travel documents, create itineraries, obtain visas and administrative processing.
• Proactively inform and inspire customers about exclusive promotions and events, ensuring they benefit from unique opportunities.

Requirements

• You have excellent language skills in professional Arabic and English, in written and spoken (C2 according to the Common European Framework).
• Have completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism.
• Have several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or in a travel agency, or at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high‑end customer service.
• Have GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge.
• Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture.
• Are service‑oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Have a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group values.
• Have excellent communication skills.

• Are available on a full‑time basis (40hrs per week).

Work Guidelines

• Located in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia.
• Please note this is a position that requires you to be working from office 5 days a week.
