Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Cooperate with the manager to complete the bidding process. Prepare project logistics planning documents, including material transportation routes and on-site traffic management plans.
• Develop the Site Layout Plan, covering temporary facilities layout, storage areas, fabrication zones, and office and accommodation arrangements.
• Formulate material and equipment delivery schedules, laydown yard management plans, and construction access arrangements, with regular updates throughout the project.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Construction, HSE, and Equipment Management teams to ensure logistics systems align with the overall construction organization.
• Participate in the tender preparation stage by conducting logistics cost estimation and providing accurate logistics cost analysis and proposal recommendations.

Qualification Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Logistics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Over 6 years of experience in construction-site logistics planning, site layout development, or large-scale project construction management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Visio, or similar software for preparing logistics and site layout drawings.
• Familiar with Saudi local traffic regulations, material transportation procedures, and basic port logistics requirements.
• Language requirement: Fluent in English (can be used as a working language); Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
