Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of materials, equipment, and supplies to support project execution while ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate logistics operations including procurement, storage, and transportation of materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight companies, and customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant shipments.
  • Track incoming and outgoing deliveries and handle documentation (packing lists, GRNs, etc.).
  • Coordinate site delivery schedules in alignment with project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies for logistics and transportation.
  • Maintain records and generate regular reports on logistics performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs clearance, and import/export regulations.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in coordinating local and international logistics.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory control systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
