The project:

This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands‑on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub‑contract packages.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Logistics Planning & Execution: Develop and implement land and marine logistics plans; coordinate multimodal transport for heavy equipment and materials; optimize routes and schedules to reduce delays and costs.
  • Supply Chain & Procurement: Align deliveries with project milestones; ensure compliance with international shipping and customs regulations.
  • Marine & Port Operations: Manage barge operations, port handling, and offshore deliveries; liaise with port authorities for timely vessel turnaround.
  • Site Logistics: Organize site access, storage, and internal movement; enforce safety protocols.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with PMC, contractors, and suppliers; provide updates in progress meetings.
  • Risk & Compliance: Prepare contingency plans, mitigate risks, and maintain accurate documentation.
You’ll need to have:
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Civil Engineering, or related field (this is desirable but not essential for the right candidate)
  • 10+ years’ experience in construction logistics, including land and marine transport.
  • Proven experience in PMC projects or working with project management consultants.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs clearance, and port operations.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g., ERP, RFID tracking).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
