• Supervise lifeguard teams, manage logistics, perform equipment checks, maintain training, respond to incidents, and provide First Aid.
• Oversee recreation facilities, develop procedures, manage operations, recruit and train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction in a luxury hospitality environment.
