Job summary

A leading Electrical Contracting company in Dammam is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project execution from contract signing to final acceptance. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 10-15 years of experience in large construction projects. Strong MS Office skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and coordination abilities are required. This position involves risk assessment, budget control, and stakeholder communication to ensure project commitments are met.

Qualifications

  • 10 – 15 years of experience in large construction projects.
  • Very good English communication skills and strong verbal and written skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

  • Project Execution after signing of the contract with client till the Final Acceptance of the Project by Client.
  • Monitor and report the project by Project Management Schedule, detailed project schedule and Budget Schedule.
  • Coordinate between design, procurement, construction/erection and T & C activities of the Project.
  • Provide all necessary support to the Project Personnel to execute the job in professional manner.
  • Monitor and control the project budgets, cost and progress to maintain efficient execution of the project.
  • Continuous assessment of the project risk and timely resolution of any issues.
