Responsibilities

PepsiCo Saudi Snacks for Foods Limited, established in 1995 with 2 plants in Riyadh & Dammam and more than 2,500 employees in KSA & UAE, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor. Our brands include Lays, Doritos, Sunbites, Cheetos, Tasali & Quaker. We prioritize employee development and foster a collaborative, global culture.

Job Purpose: Responsible for all internal warehouse activities, including stock management, receiving, job allocation to laborers, and ensuring optimal productivity. Coordinate with store personnel for stock allocation, order preparation, and invoicing.

Principal Accountabilities:
  1. Take over the shift from the previous shift, review pending work.
  2. Oversee loading/unloading, complete checklists, and report to storekeepers.
  3. Assign tasks to laborers.
  4. Monitor stock during loading, report irregularities such as wrong stickers, missing or excess cases, and empty pallets.
  5. Conduct daily physical inventory counts and report findings.
  6. Ensure hygiene standards are maintained according to checklists.
  7. Coordinate with forklift operators for storage and movement of goods, adhering to FEFO procedures.
  8. Handover shift with ongoing jobs and instructions.
  9. Maintain warehouse equipment and record periodic maintenance.
  10. Participate in EHS management system improvements, ensuring hazard controls and risk management in compliance with legislation and standards.
Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Minimum two years in a supply chain role, preferably in FMCG or labor-intensive environments.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Experience in managing labor across multiple functions.
  • Flexible thinking and systematic problem-solving skills.
  • Broad planning and cross-functional understanding.
