About the location

AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. About the Role

Join our pre-opening Rooms Division team as Laundry Valet Runner at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Laundry/Valet Supervisor, you will be responsible for the timely collection and delivery of guest laundry and pressing services, ensuring every interaction is carried out with discretion, efficiency, and the highest level of personalized service.

What You Will Do

• Support pre-opening activities including setting up delivery systems, labeling processes, storage organization, and familiarization with room layouts and service flows.
• Collect, log, and deliver guest laundry and dry-cleaning items across guest rooms, suites, and residences according to brand standards.
• Ensure prompt return of garments with attention to accuracy, quality, and presentation.
• Maintain clear records of pick-up and drop-off timings and item conditions.
• Assist with delivery of pressed uniforms and linens when needed.
• Communicate professionally with guests and team members while respecting privacy and service etiquette.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in delivery areas, trolleys, and back-of-house corridors.
• Report any guest concerns, damaged items, or service delays to the supervisor.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in valet, delivery, or laundry operations within luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Physical stamina and professionalism to navigate the property efficiently.
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
• Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in English is essential.
