We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Land Surveyor for a project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national responsible for overseeing all surveying activities on the construction site to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications. This role involves conducting detailed topographic and boundary surveys, preparing maps and reports, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all surveying activities on the construction site to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  • Conduct detailed topographic and boundary surveys, including the preparation of maps and reports.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation on-site.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or discrepancies related to surveying data.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records of survey data, including field notes, sketches, and electronic data.
  • Ensure that all surveying equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior surveyors and team members.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on surveying activities and findings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in surveying, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in surveying within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software.
  • Proficiency in using GPS, total stations, and other surveying instruments.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Certification in surveying or a related field is a plus.
