Job summary

A leading coconut manufacturer is seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Manager for their Quality Assurance Laboratory. Responsibilities include supervising lab testing, ensuring compliance with international food safety standards, and leading the lab team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in laboratory management and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This position is based in Medina, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in laboratory management or a senior QA role, ideally in food or coconut processing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 17025, HACCP, GMP, BRCGS, and FSSC 22000.
• Skilled in audit handling, documentation, method development, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all laboratory testing on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of physical, chemical, and microbiological test results.
• Develop and implement testing protocols aligned with global food safety standards.
• Lead internal audits, prepare for external inspections, and support regulatory compliance.
