A leading FMCG company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a talented individual to execute selling strategies and develop customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Finance, along with a minimum of three years of experience in the FMCG sector. Exceptional English communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, are essential for this role. Job description
Role:

Contributes to ABC success by executing a selling strategy in assigned accounts and also responsible to develop key customer relationships to ensure customer’s demands met

Accountabilities:

Scan the market continuously for sales opportunities by recruiting new outlets and blocking competition.

Prepare with KAM the negotiation tactics and proposal to approach new accounts.

Manage 360 account information via Siebel

Works with Finance teams.

Works with Sales’ Operations’ Customer Service, Logistic and MEM functions to ensure that all accounts created, served and maintained accordingly.

Deploy the agreed joined business planning and its respective promotions.

Follow up on the CDA Renewal on time.

Work closely with customer along with the assistance of KAM to promote special combo meals and more visibility during contractual period and on special events.

To ensure that the credit limit is distributed as required across the outlet and HO.

Skills
Knowledge, skills and abilities:

Bachelor's degree in preferably the field of Marketing/ Finance or related field

Minimum (3) years of experience in FMCG.

Fluent English language both spoken and written.

Very good PC skills MS office applications specially Excel and power-point.

Negotiation skills.
