Job summary

A fast-growing Saudi-based food distribution company is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts. The successful candidate will develop long-term partnerships and integrate products into customer operations. Required qualifications include at least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Foodservice Sales and strong relationship management skills. This role offers a competitive salary of SAR 18,000 to SAR 20,000 plus benefits, in Jeddah, Makkah Region.

Scope of Position

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic, high-value accounts. The role focuses on developing long‑term partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring the company’s products are integrated into customer menu cycles, procurement processes, and long‑term business plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, procurement teams, corporate chefs, and restaurant chefs.
  • Anticipate customer needs and menu rotations to ensure the company remains the preferred business partner.
  • Lead executive‑level (top‑to‑top) meetings and monthly business reviews with customers and internal sales leadership.
  • Drive the introduction and scaling of new products into customer portfolios.
  • Develop and execute customer strategies with a forward‑looking horizon of 1–2 years.
  • Collaborate closely with Field Sales Representatives to ensure seamless execution at the local level.
  • Manage receivables collection and ensure payment timelines are met within assigned accounts.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Key Account Management or Foodservice Sales.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic, high‑value accounts and engaging with senior‑level stakeholders.
  • Strong planning, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Solid financial acumen with expertise in forecasting and business planning.
