Job description

Responsible for delivering software development and applications deployment projects on time, within budget, and with business specifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and create project plans, and break the project to tasks with assigned resources.
• Maintained project documentation, keep tracking project status and report accurate project progress to IT management and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project execution and take necessary actions to prevent delays to project plans.
• Contributes and works with different teams to deliver project tasks.
• Manage and execute communication project plan and communicate with all project stakeholders and different departments.
• Conduct UATs for applications.
• Resolve conflicts and reach agreements to close projects and go-live with systems.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Create progress reports for senior management.

Requirements

• 5 to 6 years of Software development and applications deployment project management experience (e.g., Digitization, IoT, Leading Tech Apps, Innovative Products, etc.)
• Must Have worked in PMO Structure, Not Individual Project Management.
• Must Have worked as Project Manager on the Client Side not the Vendor Side.
• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.
• PMP Certification Is A MUST.
• Strong and wide Experience with project management tools and Software solutions.

• Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams.
• Experienced in accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles.
• Proven experience in project management in the information technology sector.
