Responsibilities

• Maintain the ITIL framework for IT processes.
• Liaise with business leaders on digital and automation processes.
• Monitor and report IT performance and KPIs.
• Ensure all endpoint devices are updated with OS/application patches.
• Automate endpoint provisioning for functional requirements.
