Job Overview:

As an IT Dental Application Specialist, your role will include the installation, configuration and maintenance of our dental Imaging devices and related software applications, you will monitor system performance, analyse system logs, and optimize system resources to ensure high stability and efficiency, as well as provide the necessary training and support to the end users, and support the sales process by providing technical expertise and product knowledge and demonstration.

Qualification and Experience required:

Bachelors’ degree in Dental technology, IT or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Dental Application Specialist or in a relevant healthcare IT role.

Skills and Competencies required:

• Experienced in Dental Application Specialist installations and configuration management (Software Implementation & Integration, DICOM & Imaging System Expertise, Dental CAD/CAM and Network & Hardware Support.
• Strong understanding of health information & IT aspects of healthcare sector overall (Radiology Information systems (RIS), Picture Archiving Communication Systems (PACS), Laboratory information system (LIS), Hospital Information System (HIS), Dose management System (DMS).)
• Strong interpersonal skills, including (communication, problem-solving, multitasking, disciplined. training skills).
• Client-focused, with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
• The ability to travel according to business requirements.
