Responsibilities include maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of various field instruments. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge in instrumentation and the ability to work in challenging conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of various field instruments.
• Knowledge of calibrations and setups for monitoring equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and in adverse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation of Instrument Equipment during the shift.
• Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting of specific instruments.
• Calibrate and check functionality of various field equipment.

Job Summary

To ensure smooth operation of Instrument Equipment in Shift.

Responsibilities

1. Good in Maintenance and troubleshooting of field instruments. Pressure transmitter, Pressure switches, Proximity switches, Speed sensors, Level sensor, Level Transmitters, RTD, Thermocouples.
2. Knowledge in Calibrations of Hasler weigh feeders SCHENCK solid flow feeders, Hasler belt scales, weigh bridges, pressure transmitters, pressure switch, level switches and Dampers.
3. Knowledge in troubleshoots Gas Analyzers and Calibration
4. Good Knowledge in troubleshoots in Autosamplers.
5. Good in VRM And Ball Mills field instruments trouble shooting.
6. Troubleshooting and calibration of weigh bridges and Knowledge on VFD’S
7. Performing Shift duties
8. Loop Checking of Field Instruments like AI, AO, DI, DO Signal between Field & DCS.
9. Logic Checking for ESD Loops, DCS Monitoring, Verifying Loop drawings etc.
10. Loop checking & Commissioning of various field instruments like Pressure, Level, Temperature & Flow Transmitters, Control Valves, Field manual reset switches, Motor operated valves,
